Enthusiasts and experienced riders can enjoy high-end facilities, including a polo field, as well as 100 hectares of forests offering sumptuous horseback rides, in the shade of century-old oaks. These trails offer a total immersion in nature, between peaceful clearings and paths winding through the countryside.
Short-circuit agriculture, serving the living
The estate is based on biodynamic agriculture, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices. The vast fields of wheat and cereals directly feed the horses at the center, while permaculture market gardening enriches each plate with fresh vegetables, harvested by hand and enhanced by our bistrodynamic cuisine. Each meal is a celebration of the terroir, where authenticity and local flavors meet around products grown on site.
